Hilton head 2012

We just got back from our family vacation. This year we went to Hilton Head, SC with my side of the family. This trip is always so much fun and the girls get to play with all of their cousins. Here are some pictures and video from our road trip and vacation.

Summer

Summer is just flying by. The girls are doing great. Sophia is up at papi and Boo's house this week. They have been so busy. They went to see the titanic exhibit at a museum, they went to the wave pool, and they went to see Brave. We face time every night and I can barely get a word in with her. She just has so much to talk about. Here is a pic of she and uncle Zack.




I turned 32 this week. :(
I feel like I'm 62.







It has been hotter than H...E.....double hockey sticks. 104 degrees today. Since we haven't really been able to play outside the girls have created their own games.

Zoo day

Last Saturday we took advantage of our annual zoo pass. They have a new zoo exhibit which is really awesome. Sophia loved it. Watch her video here.

Happy birthday Josh!

More pool days

Last weekend we went to Madison. We played in the pool and the girls got to play with all of their cousins again. Here is a picture of Suri. She asked me to take this one.



Pamela and Dale had a party to go to Saturday night and they just looked so nice. I had to take a picture. Best dressed award goes to.......drum roll............

Boys weekend

Last weekend Josh, his brothers, his dad, and his uncle all met in Cincinnati, OH for a boys weekend. They went to a couple baseball games and played a round of golf.

I love this picture.

Basketball camp

Last week Sophia had her basketball camp. It lasted about 2 hours each day. She had so much fun, but she was exhausted at the end of the day. Her favorite part of camp was making baskets in the 10 ft goals and having everyone sign her
tshirt.

Randomness

Last week Suri decided she would cut some of her own hair. Here is a picture after Josh scolded her.

How could we stay mad?

Also, big news in the family! My cousin Whitney had her baby a few weeks ago. He is sweet as pie. Sophia fell in love and basically bombarded poor Whitney with questions. She also renamed little Jameson to "J-fuzz" because he was fuzzy.



This is going to be another crazy week. I'm working, as usual.....BOOOOOOO!!! Josh has coaching. Sophia and Suri will both be going to school(camp) but they will be at the same location. And...sophs also has basketball camp and gymnastics. Shew! I'm tired just thinking about it.

Swim lessons

The girls started swimming lessons this week. Yes, the both of them. They just love it. By golly we will have them ready for mama Pam and papa dale's pool in no time.

On a completely different note, we met my mom and Dale for dinner last night sans the kiddos. We ate at The Oceanaire. It was so nice! My mom ordered oysters for all of us to eat. They were uhmmmmmmmmm "squishy and weird". I also had a shrimp cocktail, salmon, creme brûlée, and a glass of wine (yep, I'm crazy wild). It was all so good. I was actually a little sad after I ate all of my leftovers.
