Today was Sophia's last day at her school. She started going to this school when she was two years old so it has become her second home. The teachers and staff have gone through biting, potty training, talking, sharing, writing, and rules with Sophia. Sophs has loved every single class that she has been in and it has been such a special experience because she has learned different things from all of her teachers. We are so lucky that Suri is able to go to this school now andwreak havoc learn all of the things that Sophia has. Sophia will be a daddy's girl for a couple of weeks then it's off to kindergarten.
Wow, has Sophs had a growth spurt. She is just growing and growing. She is looking more and more like a kindergartener. She has had a fantastic summer as well. She has done swimming lessons twice, basketball camp, vacation at papi and boos, vacation to Mackinaw Island, and lots of dates with mommy and daddy. In a couple of weeks she, and Suri, will spend a few days down at Madison with Mama Pam and Papa Dale (good luck with Suri ).
Last night we hauled the girlies downtown for the Indiana Fever game. We expected to leave by half time at least, but both girls surprised us and lasted the entire game.. Woohoo!! Sure the candy, popcorn, balloons, and dancing helped. I brought a baby seat to basically tie her down ensure her safety, but didn't end up using it. We just let her run between Josh and I. Suri had her first taste of cotton candy and was a huge fan. Sophs kept yelling "bring the Beiber fever" which I didn't correct because, well..it was hilarious. We made it on the jumbotron and I'm so glad I actually fixed my hair yesterday. Here is the pic of Surs that I took. These are how all of her pictures turn out now.....

Vacation officially ended yesterday and it was back to work today. A good day, but back to work none the less. Just wanted to share a few more pictures from our vacation.

Today is our last day in mackinaw City. We have had a great week. The weather has been beautiful. We have played at the beach and played at the waterpark. We have done a lot of walking which is good since we have done a lot of eating. The fudge and taffy are delish. Throw in the ice cream as well, yummy. More pics later, but for now I will share a few. Until next time..
We took a quick boat ride to Mackinaw Island while on vacation this week. We rode under the bridge which was beautiful. While on the island we all rented bicycles and rode the nine miles around. Sophs rode a tagalong bike connected to mine. I'm pretty sure she didn't pedal at all. Surs rode in a bike buggy connected to Josh. Until next time.......
Today we drove half way to our vacation destination which put us right in the middle of Michigan State's campus. We walked all over this place just checking things out. I was so surprised how pretty this university was. For some reason I always thought that Michigan State was in the middle of a busy city, but it's not. By golly they have farms and turf fields. The problem with today was that this was the only picture we took, and ............you can see my giant man hands.

My name is Molly. I have been married to my husband for 8 years. We have two daughters ages 6 and 2 and they are full of spunk. I'm an occupational therapist by day and super mommy/wife by night. I love reality tv, good food, laughing, working out, and going on vacations. I created this blog in 2006 to keep in touch with family and friends and it has become one of my favorite hobbies.
